Terrain from ASCII (Station Offset) Geometry Name?

When using "Create Terrain Model from ASCII File" I have Station offset to define the location of the points being imported.  Where in this process of importing point can the Name of the Geometry be elected.  There is not Active geometry the import does not ask for a geometry when importing.  When using this import method there appears to be a terrain created but it has no data.  Station and Offset is an option from the "Wizard Settings File" but there appears to be no method for defining the geometry to use for the Station Offset reference.  I do see a message that reads "Settings file uses Statio offset. Please select Geometry with Station set.  but I do not see a Station Set option.
