SmartObjects MVBA to rotate cells in OpenRoads Designer is not working

I would ensure:

1. the "SmartObjects.mvba" found here by default (C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.xx\OpenRoadsDesigner\Default\SurveyFiles\Macros\mvba) is opened
2. Modify the vba macro script on one of the points to Survey,Annotate,RotateCell,1000,UFO,0.75...(excluding the number 1 in this case)

See if the points rotate after making those adjustments and hit the redraw command.
