SmartObjects MVBA to rotate cells in OpenRoads Designer is not working

Question

SmartObjects MVBA to rotate cells in OpenRoads Designer is not working. When I detail the survey shots I can see the information for the macro is attached, but when I redraw nothing happens.

I would ensure: 
 
 the "SmartObjects.mvba" found here by default (C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.xx \OpenRoadsDesigner\Default\SurveyFiles\Macros\mvba) is opened 
 Modify the vba macro script on one of the points to Survey,Annotate,RotateCell,1000, UFO ,0.75...(excluding the number 1 in this case) 
 
 See if the points rotate after making those adjustments and hit the redraw command.
