I started a practice video for Open Roads Design, quick start for Survey, and in the exercise, it says to go to Analyze, Survey Details windows, on the first column, right click on the name point, view, turn on out center, and then when double click on the left arrow of any point, it would locate center of the feature, but on mine, it didn't. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or it's because I'm using NYSDOT Workspace, Workset and Role?
Lucilia, I've been using ORD 2021 for almost a month and I'm noticing a few issues with centering survey points. Have you tried looking at your "Survey Locator" settings? Go to File>Settings>User>Preferences>View Options - Civil>Survey Locator. Auto Center should be set to "Yes". Hope that helps. The issue I'm having is that when I click on a survey point in the details tab, it centers on all my views - not just the active view. Does yours do that too? I am transitioning from Geopak into ORD. In PowerGeopak, when you click a point in the navigator, your active view would get centered, all other views would not change.
