XS sheet dgnlib - Cut Display Style - wireframe option is missing

Open Rail Designer CE 2022 Release 3 (same in Open Roads Designer 2022 release 3)

I am following the elearning session "Advanced Tips & Tricks for Sheet Seed Creation" /

When I want to set Cut Display Style to "Wireframe" to get rid of materials in XS I don't have the option to select Wireframe:

In the elearning session there is the possibility to choose wireframe:

I only have that option in the "Base Display Style" settings:

Any tips or tricks will be appreciated - dgnlib is attached :-)
