I used to be able to (still can) create deployment images for most Bentley software versions using the method described here:
Silent Install/Deployment Image for OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition
But for some reason, I cannot apply this same method for the latest version of SignCAD (23.00.00.151).
Is there an alternative way you would recommend for creating the deployment image?
If you downloaded the latest version from https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com/en/ProductDetails/2942?packageid=40315
The downloaded installer (around 400MB) is already the full deployment image. Should be not necessary to create deployment image.

You are correct; I did not realize it until after posting this. The installation image right off the shelf is very straightforward as it doesn't come with any additional features or applications like others (e.g. MicroStation, which tends to include Connection Client, LumenRT, Generative Components, etc...).
