There are a couple of video training on event24 (Overview | Bentley Systems) also my bad I did a typo: its' Projectwise 365. But basicaly you create a Projects in Infrastructure cloud or Projectwise 365, it can be linked to projectwise explorer datasouce or live on it's own. Projectwise drive is linked to this "cloud project" of Projectwise 365. So whatever data there is there it can synch to your PC. You can configure it to automaticaly add files to your datasource or only when selected. We use it for managed workspace and civil 3D datashortcut

Where can I find more information about ProjectWise 360 or ProjectWise Drive? My search mojo is failing me.

I have try it and it’s not a good idea, whenever a file is access (ex:dgnlib) Acc have to verify if the file is up to date, even if you tell desktop connector to keep it local. Best solution is to use Projectwise 360/ infrastructure cloud and Projectwise drive. Faster and reliable.

What version are you using? Some of these capabilities in newer versions are accomplished in a different manner.
