Horizontal Cardinals annotation in Profile

Question

Greetings, 
 How to Annotate Horizontal cardinals (Station and Elevation from Surface) of the proposed Alignment in the profile View. If ORD have the capability to add points from the horizontal alignment it is easy to annotate the horizontal cardinals.

You should have a way through the Managed Annotations dialog, Frame Annotation or by the general location setting. Will take some setup, but appears to be possible.
