We have a separate file for civil alignment baselines apart from the planimetric civil alignments (such as edges of pavement or Right Of Way lines). When the baseline is updated, the edges of pavement are revised accordingly, but the Right of Way lines are not. The Right of Way lines still reference the old baseline location. We can adjust the offset and adjust it back (from 25' to 30' and back to 25' for example) and everything is adjusted to the new location of the baseline.
This is a serious malfunction because we cannot always know what files and elements will need to be manually revised, The only difference between the edge of pavement file and the Right of Way file is that the Right of Way file is in a different folder on ProjectWise.
This is happening in Version 10.10.01.03 (2021 R1). I don't know whether it also happens in newer versions.
