In all these ord videos, apparently its suppose to just populate as "alignment" in the drop down in the feature definition toolbar.
Mine is empty, and I don't know how to set this up where it will generate those options.
If you are running a custom workspace, then you will need to ensure that your configuration is pointing to your company's dgnlibs that hold the feature definitions.

If I had to guess, I'd say that maybe when you first launched the software you didn't actually pick a "Workspace and Workset".
