How to trace an existing feature in Open Roads, as we do in Arc Gis or Autocad.

Thank you for your kind response.
I have to generate Horizontal/vertical profile for a road in Openroads and i got my centerline ready with all its geometrical feature in auto cadd. I want to import that same centerline to Openroads and do the other tasks. For that i need to draw Centerline in Openroads, which i want to trace from the existing .dwg file. (In ARC GIS or Auto CADD, I would have done the same task via Trace command)
Do we have any command/ procedure to this in Openroads.
