I’m attempting to add multiple station equations to an alignment. The first equation was added but when I attempt the second it does not add it. I’m using the Geometry tab > Modify > Add Station Equation.

What specific issue are you having? I created an example here for your reference. Make sure when you are doing your ahead stationing that you add designator to the station field - that's usually the issue in my experience.

Justin Guiliano , first station equation is created, when I attempt to add other station equations that are not created, program acts like it's adding it but does not. I'm uncertain what you mean by add designator to the station field.
For example:
Back Station = 11+25
Ahead Station = A 50+00
Back Station = A 51+50
Ahead Station = B 11+00
Each new station equation needs to have a new prefix/designator for that range.
(from example DGN provided above)
I saw the A & B designators as you listed above. However, when I added these to the station equation the stationing turned to 0+00. I was able to add multiple station equations by either selecting the point or typing in the back station, selecting the check box to lock the back station, then entering the ahead station. For some reason entering the back station and using the tab key to lock the station was not creating the station equation(?). My entries were like this 399+14.06 for BK and 398+86.83 for AH. No designators added to any of the station equations.
Thank you for taking to time to respond.
