I can&#39;t maximize the view window beyond a certain point and there is all that gray space that is not used. The user preference files for the program are located at C:/Users/Username/AppData/Local/Bentley/OpenRoadsDesigner/10.0.0_X/prefs/. Have you tried deleting the entire &quot;prefs&quot; directory? It is possible that your user preferences have been corrupted somehow and deleting the &quot;prefs&quot; directory will set them back to factory defaults. This action would be the first thing that I would try. You will lose any possible user customizations, however.</p> <p>When&nbsp;you reinstalled the software did you delete all of the installation folders (c:/ProgramData/ Bentley/OpenRoads Designer CE 10.XX, C:/Program Files/Bentley/OpenRoads Designer CE 10.XX) before reinstalling it; in other words, was this a &quot;clean&quot; reinstallation?
