In GEOPAK there was a feature in plan preparation to auto layout sheets on an alignment that would center the alignment from L to R. Is that function still present in ORD??

You are referring to the Drawing Production tools that include placing Named Boundaries.  They are a very nuanced set of tools that you will need a bit of training with.
