Unable to change the invert elevation of any node

I am unable to change the invert elevation on any of the nodes I have placed. I am able to hard key in a value, but after I do so, it changes the invert elevation to exactly 7.25, it does this exact thing for every node. I tried to see if the 7.25 referenced somewhere else, but was unable to.

Yeah, this is what I suspected and which Karl verified. I do wonder- however- about this set minimum value of 7.25'. Generally, all structures have some standard or "minimum" depth. For instance, our typical grate inlets have a minimum delta of 2'-8". We can employ a structure with anything greater or equal to that delta, but not less than it. 7.25' seems to be a rather intentional number, and such would actually make a bit of sense if it were a sanitary sewer manhole or something like that which would need to have a relatively high delta.

Is this node part of an Agency WorkSpace which may require 7.25' for this particular item, or do you feel like it is a mistake? Do you know who created these cells? Can you have a discussion with him or her about why the node has this depth delta?
