I can't open my OpenRoads Templates Library. Error appears that says "Error writing to file C:\ProgramData\Bemtley.....".
What's interesting is that OpenRails Templates Library opens without any issues (BUT ONLY ON TRAINING AND EXAMPLES WORKSPACE AND IMPERIAL TRAINING WORKSET - on any other it's the same issue).
Changing seeds doesn't help either.
Im using OpenRoads Designer CE 2022 Release 1.
Will it be the Template Library file (*.itl) being locked or read-only?
ITL is XML format You can try open it by Notepad++ or XML Notepad to see whether its read-write.
