I recently updated to Openroads Designer CE version 10.12.02.04 and am noticing an issue with the conduit size and diameter in the Utility Properties. This is causing issues with the 3D and profile display. There is a mismatch in the Utility Properties between the conduit diameter and size. When placing a conduit, you set the pipe size from the feature definitions. This should automatically size the diameter in the Utility Properties to match. These sizes match correctly when the conduit is first placed. However, once you start creating profiles and computing scenario analyses, the diameter is changing to some larger size that no longer matches the size (see screenshot). The 3D and profile display are based on the diameter parameter (not the size parameter), so when this bug occurs then the pipes display at the wrong size. I have not noticed this issue in the 10.10 version. I am able to reset the two parameters by toggling the pipe size (for example changing to a 12" and then back to a 15") but eventually the pipe diameter will revert back to the incorrect size and throw off the 3D and profile display.
Has anyone else noticed this? It is happening to all of the pipes in the file and the diameters are consistently overriding to the same number for each pipe size, so maybe there is some new conduit setting in 10.12 controlling this that I am missing? But since I'm able to temporarily fix the issue by toggling the conduit size, I doubt that is the case.
I was not able to reproduce this with 10.12. When I increase catchment flow to force a diameter change (with Calculation Type set to Design), both Size and Diameter update in the Utility Properties. I suggest submitting an SR with your dataset.

Service Request. Your license pays for "maintenance", including technical support from Bentley. Open ORD, and in the upper right corner click on the ? icon and select Support. Connection Client should open. Select Support Resources. Sign into your account if needed. At the new screen, select Open Case. At next screen select Technical Support. Fill out the online form, and be sure to click on Attachments at the bottom to upload your DGN file. Good luck, and please report back to this thread what you find out. Thanks.
