Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use Civil Labeler to annotate a conduite in a cross section, but it doesn't give any results even though it used to work in previous versions.
To check this, I created a file using ORD 2021 R1 (10.10.01.03), I placed two nodes and a conduite then I created a cross section.
When I used Civil Labeler it gave me what I'm looking for as shown below: (I didn't get the slope information because it wasn't available in the conduite properties in this ORD version).
I copied the file and opened it with ORD 2022 R1 (10.11.00.115) and I got this :
As you can see the slope property got updated but when I try placing the same annotation using Civil Labeler I get nothing.
Has any of you been facing this issue? and do you have any idea how to solve it?
Regards,
Youssef
Yes, I have seen this before in the 10.12 version. It is a bug in civil labeler.
Marc
Do you know if there is a service ticket for this bug? Ans/Or is there anything that's being done to resolve it?
You can certainly file your own Service Ticket for this. The more people who complain through the official channels, the more likely it is to get fixed.
