my ORD at start up, it just makes my laptop to freeze until when I shut it down. so I literally cant use it now but ConceptStation works. i tried reinstalling it but the problem persisted. what can I do about it? Thanks

Could you please let us know about the version number of OpenRoads Designer including operating system where you have installed OpenRoads Designer?
Since when you are getting this issue?
While reinstalling OpenRoads Designer, did you cleanup the registry?
May I request you to please follow the process for uninstallation which has shown in the below link and check if still issue is persisting or not?

The version number of OpenRoads Designer I have is 12.02.004 and the operating system for my computer is Windows 10 Pro, 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3324). However I had not cleaned up the registry, so maybe let me try following the link you shared and will update u once am done.

I had a similar issue and I had to create a new user/profile in Windows and that fixed my issues. It also resolved some Windows issues as well.

I’m replying from my iPad so I can’t give you a complete answer but in Windows settings you can add a new user.
I needed to do this on my personal computer but we on occasion have had to do this on a work computer which had to go through our IT group.
So this is a Windows issue and not specific to Bentley. Google should be able to help.
i didn’t delete the old user in case I needed access to anything from its profile.
