I'm attempting to set up a 'clean' set of DGNlibs harvested from different sources, but am experiencing multiple duplications of Features definitions / symbology / element templates etc. Is there a tool that can assist with identifying and 'cleaning'/ deleting these duplicates?

Unfortunately not. We really need some kind of Civil "Compress" tool to clean up unused Civil Data in dgn files. Perhaps post an idea to the Civil Ideas site?
