I am working with drainage and utilities, placing parallel drainage system along a highway. However, while working ORD suddenly crashes and one reopening it shows "Subsurface Utilities has detected that a crash occurred the last time this project was opened. Recovery will be attempted but some work may be lost. If I click "OK", the ORD shows "Not Responding" and after few minutes it dies.
I appreciate if any member has any suggestion to offer.

I would suggest deleting your prefs folder, then try to open this file again and check if this issue still exists.
