I have a question that Im not sure has been answered on here, but basically I am trying to generate profiles for storm sewers that generate in reference to an existing alignment. As it stands right now, when I generate a profile for a storm sewer network, it creates it as if the alignment followed the storm sewer itself, which creates problems when the actual alignment is tied to the center of the road or another utility. I end up having to go back in and adjust the storm sewer profile as the stations of the structures that the profile generates don't line up with their stations alongside the alignment of the road.
Go to the Drainage and Utilities workflow, and in the Layout tab create your storm sewer profiles using one of the available options (from nodes, links, or selected outfall). Then, once the profiles are created you can use Project Profile to project an existing storm profile to the profile of an alignment.
