Has anyone had any success in copying Civil Labels from one file to another without them breaking (zeroing out)? For example, my coworker and I are labeling a large project (over 5 miles) and the labels are starting to bog down the framerate of the file. To solve this, we want to place half of the labels into one text file and half into a separate one, then reference both into our motif plan file. I have tried the normal copy tool, "merge into master", and "save fence contents to file", all to no avail. Are there any other methods I am missing as far as copying goes that may keep the "smartness" of these Civil Labels in tact?
There is no way to copy them.
What do you mean by "zeroing out"?
When the Civil Labels are copied, the station and offset values turn into zeroes since it has lost its association to the alignment.
