Hi,
InRoads version 08.11.05.45 with AutoCAD 2008 platform.
While anotating a cross-section set, was selected only heights for "features" and slope and width for "segments" also was seleced collision free option. But software moves only "segment's" texts, but the "feature's" texts stays in collision.
Points for features and segments was the same.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks,
Artem
Artem,
There has been at least one fix made to collision free text for the next major release of the software. Though not ideal, you may have to manually move the text with MicroStation. You may want to send your data to support to confirm that your issue is solved in this next release. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Jason,
I'm having a similar problem with V08.09.00.51. I can display the feature elevations and offsets, but I cannot get it to build the frame or place the text collision free. Am I missing something, or is there an issue with the collision free text in this version as well?
Thank you,
Corey
Corey,
The problems that I noted should only be in V8i. If you are having problems then you may want to contact support with your dataset.
Also, it may not fix your collision free text problem but you should upgrade to version 08.09.03.06. You are missing three service updates for your version.
We are using 08.11.05.47 and are still experiencing the problem and it was logged as a fault over a year ago. To manually adjust the annotations at MicroStation is not acceptable as a long term solution.
not happy!
