I found this issue coz i'm having trouble in Annotating Cross Section. Is there way we can convert the old Cross section CCH file to minimize the time in reproducing the old settings from V8. By the way i try creating from scratch the setting but unfortunately it didn't success, the same error i'm getting. I'm checking in Geopak SS1 and load the old CCH file and its running well while doing the saveas then open in Geopak SS2 then error poping out..

Microstation V8i Selectseries2

Geopak V8i Selectseries2

Regards,

There was a Bug in XM where these files were trashed when attempting to edit. I have not see the issue with V8i so I am guessing it is resolved, however I would advise backing up and files you are modifying as a precaution.

i have sorted my problem.

It appears to have been happening due to using and modifying a .cch file that had been created using XM. By creating one from scratch using V8i this problem does not seem to be occuring anymore . . . . . hopefully

I am having the problem not only with my own custumised files but also with the ones from ANZ country pack once i make a change to them.

I am never able to open the file again once ive had this error message.

What version GEOPAK are you running..

After the error is the .cch file able to open?
