I was wondering if anyone knew of a good way to annotate structures in a Drainage Profile. I would like to get all of my inverts labeled at each inlet or manhole and have it display the pipe size at for each of these pipes. I have been able to get the invert elevations and directions (N, S, E, etc.) to display but haven't figured out a way for the pipes sizes to display. I am currently doing the edits by hand and have to refer back to other documents to figure out the sizes for each pipe which is rather time consuming. I'm attaching a picture of what I would hope to see happen.

Thanks, Neal
Neal, Give this a go, Evaluation > Profile > Annotate Drainage Profile, then toggle Structure Type to Pipes, turn on & modify the settings for height, ie - the height is pretty much the pipe diameter...........
See attached image, showing standard VicRoads config, cheers, hope this helps Geoff W..............
Geoff,
I should have mentioned that I did try that but from what I saw it only displays the height for the pipes shown in the profile (i.e. mainline) and not for any of the other pipes at a structure for example pipes coming in from a different trunk line or from an inlet. So it gets me closer but the size of the pipes that would be really helpful are still not displayed.
At my last post, we had three preferences created to annotate everything we needed on Storm Drain Profiles. We would teach the users to turn on Delete ink lock and run the command with preference 1, then turn off Delete ink lock and run preference 2 and finally preference 3.
Would that tidbit prove useful?
As a side note, when one guy took over the job of maintaining the INI / XIN files, he swore he could reduce the number of preferences needed for this task. After a while, he had to acknowledge that there was no way to do it.

That is essentially what I am doing but I still haven't figured out how to get all the pipe sizes and not just the trunk line to show up.
