I am using a secondary alignment along the outside of an arc. For part of the arc it is correct but for the parts circled in yellow, the slope intercepts are on the inside of the arc. Any thoughts? IR XM 08.09.02.16

Are your slope intercept points fully constrained (red)? If not, they need to be. It tells them which direction to look to solve.

Yes, vertical +/-4 and slope +/-1/3 were used.

The cross section looks correct but the plan view looks wrong.
