New version of Bentley PowerCivil

I also noted the following from Stan:

"PowerCivil" is the GEOPAK based version

"PowerCivil for " (North America, Latin America, Spain, DACH, etc.) is InRoads based

"PowerCivil for Americas" has been superseded and anyone who has it should download and install "PowerCivil version 08.11.05.67"

It would be very nice if Bentley could and did inform its users this - plus elaborating on the product naming convention (i.e. which Civil 'flavour' goes with which product).
