Forum wish list

Can we have a forum for posting Civil product wishes? It would make it much easier to review and discuss wishes vs. having to dig them out of the general forum.

In addition to be able to see the wish list CR's to add features, I'm just as interested in seeing the CR's that users ask to delete or change functions from the software. It is understandable that your software features are implemented more from a business case and less from a democracy, but it would be nice to have the opportunity to speak up before things are deleted.
