Version dumbdown for *.dtm files

Is it possible to "dumbdown" a *.dtm file created in InRoads V8-8.9 to InRoads version 8.05.02? When I try to open the newer version of the the file, I get an error message about version compatability.

Click the Options button on the File> Save As dialog with Surfaces (*.dtm) selected as the Save As Type. On the Surface Options dialog, select Version 8.5 Compatible and click OK. Enter a new surface name on the Save As dialog and click the Save button.
