I am writing a 3pc and need to pull off the Drainage Node Id for inlets and manholes. I am using a dgn selection set and have tried to use _d_drg = Drainage Node Id but it returns an error.

That won't work. A DGN Selection Set doesn't have access to that type of information. The drainage criteria only works in a cross section run where the pattern intersects the drainage structure.
