Have you used Tools>XML Reports before? There are reports for both geometry and surface that will work.
Is your data in a surface or a geometry project?
If your data is in a surface you might also try File>Export >Surface.
You have options but to give you a specific answer requires knowing what you're starting with and what you want to end up with.
