Is there a way to rename a project (.prj file) used in Project Manager? A long time ago I think I renamed the .prj file in Windows Explorer and it did not work after that. Is there any way that works?

I don't think you can do it, at least not in my experience. The binary files contain references to the original name - which is why you can't just rename the .prj and associated files. However, someone may know a way around it.
