Inroads XM: Cross section surface extends off the top of window

Do you have 'Show Data Outside Elevation Range' toggled on the General leaf of the Create Cross Section dialog?  If so, toggle that off.

I had the box unchecked.  Toggling that on and off has no effect either cutting the sections or updating them.  I'm running V8.09.03.06
