I have input the Job Number, Chain, and TIN Model to use for calculating the elevations, and I do the following:

Thanks a bunch for the information and reassurance!&amp;nbsp; I found out what the mystery was, once I did each step a little more slowly.&amp;nbsp; There were leaders set, which explains why the label would not stay put after a Left click...it was waiting for the leader to be set as well.

Your steps seem fine - except for step 5). Once you double-click&amp;quot;Z Elevation TIN&amp;quot; in step 4), you must cilck the &amp;quot;Place Label&amp;quot; button in order to place the label in the file. Then you can click on the location in the DGN file where you wan the label to be placed.

Other than that, it's pretty simple. If that doesn't work for you, you may want to log a call with support and provide your dataset as there may be something else going on.
