InRoads - Generate Sloped Surface

I am using MS 8.11.05.17 and IR 8.11.05.47.

 The Generate Sloped Surface does not seem to work.  I enter the surfaces, appropriate cut and fill slopes, toggle catch point and set the name.  My locate mode is Features but I dont think it works for graphics either.

I select the feature and reject to use the whole feature, the program says "Processing..."  and that's it. It never places graphics. It never prompts for additional input. It just sits there until I reject to go back to the menu.

I have used this in the XM versions of InRoads. Has the process changed or is this broken?
