I am using MS 8.11.05.17 and IR 8.11.05.47.
The Generate Sloped Surface does not seem to work. I enter the surfaces, appropriate cut and fill slopes, toggle catch point and set the name. My locate mode is Features but I dont think it works for graphics either.
I select the feature and reject to use the whole feature, the program says "Processing..." and that's it. It never places graphics. It never prompts for additional input. It just sits there until I reject to go back to the menu.
I have used this in the XM versions of InRoads. Has the process changed or is this broken?

A couple of things to check.
Do you have a limit set on the slope?
Is your feature/ 3d graphic capable of providing a solution? Zero elevation and the slope cannot tie to the target surface.
Last but not least. Is the soucre feature/ 3D graphic contained within the target surface. If the feature is outside the perimeter of the targeted surface, it will not solve.

I viewed the feature, then did the Generate Sloped Surface with it as a graphic and it worked.
Is there a version of MS that is certified for the updated version of InRoads?

InRoads Suite V8i (SELECTseries 1) V08.11.07.227 is certified on MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 1) V08.11.07.171.

InRoads Suite V8i (SELECTseries 1) is a refresh of InRoads Suite V8i with fixes and new functionality. In the past, similar refreshes were called service packs. However, these refreshes are now installed differently so they are technically no longer service packs.
Yes, this is available to Bentley SELECT subscribers.
