hi, I created custom IR's menu. In customize window menu looks OK but for some reason 'surface' group in site modeler is missing. Any known reason why it happens (project is set; surfaces are loaded)?

I think that I see the problem. We ran into similar issues with the Applications menu of MicroStation. If two InRoads menu items had the same name such as the Tools menu and the Site Modeler> Tools menu, one of the menus would not show up. That's why the Site Modeler Tools menu was renamed from Tools to Site Tools in the Applications menu. I think the Applications menu "thinks" that the menu is already loaded since it has the same name and doesn't try to load it again.
I reproduced your problem with your DGNLIB file. However, I renamed the Site Modeler Surface menu to Site Modeler Surface and the menu appeared.

Tested and an extra space bar behind 'Surface ' solves problem.
