I am not totally sure that I understand your question.  If I am interpreting you correctly, the only way (that I am can think of right now) to export the project and the files denoted within it all at the same time is to:

1. Go to File> Save As.
2. Set the Save as type on the ProjectWise Save As dialog to Projects (*.rwk).
3. Click the Options button.
4. On each of the tabs, click the Browse button next to File Name.
5. Save the file to the desired location.
6. Click OK on the Project Options dialog.
7. Click Save.  The Project file and the corresponding files should all be exported.
