turns out this is file specific - I am at home now without the file but will post file later on this week.

Hi Thomas,

Like Dan, the fill appears to be working as expected on my install of the same version of PowerCivil.

The Fill toggle and the View setting would be the places to start looking.

Yes it works on my version of PowerCivil. Is your View Attributes>Fill turned on? Go to Settings>View Attributes>toggle On "Fill"... make sure the view # on that dialog is the same as your current view window...
