The file is TTM.
We got someone sent us the data also in a TIN - which was from GEOPAK. But the resulting DTM is only random points - no breaklines. I am not sure how the TIN was created.
And I still do not know is if the surface, in the TTM, has breaklines.
When we opened the DTM, it had breakline features, but only in the form of triangular shapes. This is similar to what I get from a LandXML DTM from Land Desktop - a reasonable representation of a DTM, but far from being as useful as a DTM from InRoads Roadway Designer.
