Reading a Terramodel DTM into InRoads

Without access to the Terramodel software to create a LandXML file, is there any way to read and convert a Terramodel DTM into something in InRoads?

You could download Trimble Business Center (free download) then export the .ttm to LandXML file to be imported into Inroads or Geopak
