&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Close down MStn &amp;amp; InRoads&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Open&amp;nbsp;.ird file in notepad&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Change Linear Units=&amp;quot;1&amp;quot; to &amp;quot;2&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; and save it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Open back up project.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not really sure why exactly&amp;nbsp;this works, but I don&amp;#39;t get the message anymore and everything seems to work/function as normal.&amp;nbsp; Screen shot below.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I too have checked both the template and IRD files and they both show metric units.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have managed with this problem in that way(do copy of Your ITL before):&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;step 1: &amp;nbsp;Save as.. --&amp;gt; Options --&amp;gt; &amp;nbsp;Convert Metric to Imperial and save Your ITL with this option&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;step 2: &amp;nbsp;Save as.. --&amp;gt; Options --&amp;gt; &amp;nbsp;Convert Imperial to Metric &amp;nbsp;and save Your ITL with this option&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For next savings set no convert.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;after these operations problem disappeared. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
