Have one feature code that is not being recognized.
It does not visualize and when looking at the points with that code in the survey editor the Geometry column is blank, i.e. no P for Point.
The feature code is: 10 and there are other codes such as 1011, 1047 etc.
In the smd it is set to a point, not linear, with the standard cross symbol and font. The level is on to display the point symbol and labels.

Well, er....uh....it turned out to be operator error....
For some reason I thought that either or both Point or Linear Feature had to be checked. Did not realize that neither had to be checked. By checking the Point feature box that is actually turning on the Cell to be placed as a point feature rather then the point locater symbols. Some where in the middle of the conversation with the support person the logic became apparent. Excellent service by both Michael and the support person. I'm impressed!!!
As a suggestion I would move the Point Feature check box next to what it is actually controlling rather then in the far corner of the dialog.
