Hi all,
I have been asked by a fellow InRoads user to find a spec for a laptop to be used on site for InRoads design updates, during construction.
Through your experience with using InRoads on different machines, what kind of laptop should we be looking for, specification wise?
We will be required to use InRoads V8i SS1, Microstation V8i and AutoCAD 2009 on the machine.
Thanks.
Anything new that is rugged should be good. The faster the processor and the more memory, the better.
And, I would look at the Power InRoads product - its MicroStation and InRoads bundled together in one software install, and is more economical than the two products separately.
