&lt;p&gt;I cannot reproduce this issue. Which scale factor are you using? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;File &amp;gt; Project options &amp;gt; Factors &amp;gt; Cell Scale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I display a crossing feature as a cell, it appears to be obeying the factor defined in the named symbology as well as the global scale factor as described above. If i use a scale factor of 2 in the named symbology and then a factor of 5 in the cell scale symbology, the plotted scale has a factor of 10= 2*5.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are you not experiencing this?&lt;/p&gt;
