Hello,
I got a problem (maybe question) with number of Cross Section I can use. Is there any possibility to use two first signs in name of Cross Section Group instead of one? (ie: AL?? and AR as a separated sections of left and right lane pavement layer - there is used only letter "A"). I have created them but it didn't work while creating a final drawing :( I need to have a lot of pavement groups which are created from not-many-string-models :) I wouldn't have to divide my model onto many parts :) I there hope for me? ;)

Hello Aleksander,no, you can't use two characters to define a section set.A section set is always defined by one character. You could use multiple cross-section models. You can draw cross-sections of multiple cross-section models over each other using DRAW,801,OVER. But this is only supported in linemode. See attached input files which shows the principles.Best RegardsWolfgang
Yes, X-Sections is great solution! I got a question concerning hatching for this. For example:
Is there possibility to hatch area of cross section between Design and Scarification without renaming groups of cross sections? Does the groups of cross sections (for which hatch is needed) have to be in the same Cross section model?
"Is there possibility to hatch area of cross section between Design and Scarification without renaming groups of cross sections?"
No
"Does the groups of cross sections (for which hatch is needed) have to be in the same Cross section model?"
Yes
