Hello, can anyone help? I Use BRT, but this is more geared towards the actual roadway. I copied and pasted what I had sent out in the other forum.
I created a corridor, I then used the roadway designer and processed. In the roadway designer, it shows the existing surface and my corridor in a section view. It looks cool and it shows my end components at work. After I process, I went to cut sections. I have to click on my corridor surface I created and my existing surface for them to both show on my cross sections. At this point something it is not coming out like I need it to. The template is coming out as a surface, it needs to show the actual template with all components in it, like the tie, ballast, and sub-ballast. I also need it to be the color I selected it. I am trying to get my cross sections to have the existing surface, with the template/proposed surface on top showing the end constraints. Just how it looks in the roadway designer. Anyone have an idea?
If BRT is like InRoads...
If you already have a cross section set go to Evaluation>cross sections>update cross sections. There should be a leaf for components. From there you can update your cross sections with the components. Select the surface, high light the components and click apply.
By viewing the surface you are actually viewing the TIN model. To view components and crossing features is separate.
