Personal add-in manager

Hello, I would like to know that how would v develop the personal add in's/ r where can we get that. I was using a personal add in of Tunnel and bridge location which annotates the locations in plan based on the level diff but i would like to use my own block of macro symbol for the annotation is it possible please let me know.
