V8i SS2- Imoprt Station, Offset, Elevation data to create a feature.

I have recieved Station, Offset, Elevation data (text file) and have the need to import this info into .dtm as features to be annotated on Cross Section and Profiles.

Can anyone give me some input as to the most efficient workflow to accomplish thi?.  I have tried a few thingsbut there has to be a better way than what I have been doing.
